These handmade feather pads are made with natural Badger Rooster hackles that are glued on to a piece of fabric. There feathers are a natural beige and have have dark iridescent markings that run up the center of the quill. These feathers are used most often in Millinery, there are many other uses such as Bridal, Costuming, Fashion Accessories, Floral, Mask Making and Pet Toys.
